OUR STORY

Women With Vision & Purpose

A faith-centered women's leadership movement created to help women recognize their purpose, develop the woman behind the vision, and lead what God has entrusted to them with faith, courage, and stewardship.

Vision. Purpose. Community.

HOW IT STARTED

A Vision That Became a Movement

WWVP began from a belief that women need spaces where they can grow in faith, discover purpose, develop as leaders, and build genuine relationships with other women who understand that becoming is a journey.

Today, WWVP brings together women from different backgrounds, professions, experiences, and seasons.

Some are building.

Some are rebuilding.

Some are discovering.

Some are leading.

Some are simply asking God, “What’s next?”

There is room for every season.

Different Women. Different Stories. Different Seasons. One Purpose.

VISION

Helping women recognize what God has placed within them and see beyond their current circumstances.

PURPOSE

Developing the character, courage, faith, and discipline necessary to carry the assignment.

COMMUNITY

Creating authentic spaces where women can connect, grow, collaborate, pray, learn, and move forward together.

Before God enlarges the vision, He develops the woman.

At WWVP, we believe leadership begins internally. Calling may reveal the assignment, but faithfulness, courage, integrity, wisdom, and stewardship prepare a woman to carry it.

We’re interested not only in what women are building—but in who they are becoming while they build it.

MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND THE VISION

Dr. Chiquita Ayejetovo, Founder of Women With Vision & Purpose

Dr. Chiquita Ayejetovo

Founder & Visionary | Women With Vision & Purpose

Long before there was a title, a business, a platform, or a vision called Women With Vision & Purpose, there was simply Chiquita—a woman learning how to keep becoming through every season of life.

Raised in Opelousas, Louisiana, Chiquita’s story has not been one of a perfectly mapped-out path. She experienced the loss of her father early in life and has walked through seasons that required her to grow up, adjust, rebuild, believe again, and continue moving forward even when she could not see exactly where the journey was leading.

She became a mother before she became the woman many people know today. She has experienced seasons of working, raising a family, pursuing education, building businesses, serving others, navigating relationships, beginning again, and carrying responsibilities while still trying to understand what God was developing inside of her.

Purpose did not arrive after life became perfect. It was being developed in the middle of life.

Over the years, Chiquita continued her education, built a career spanning healthcare administration, business development, and leadership, became a Board Certified Christian Counselor, entered entrepreneurship, and eventually founded WGG Solutions and Women With Vision & Purpose.

She is also the author of Purpose Uninterrupted— a book that speaks directly to the woman who has faced interruptions, detours, and delays, and still believes God’s plan for her life is not finished.

But the titles are only part of the story. Behind them is a woman who learned that leadership does not require a perfect past, a perfect timeline, or a life without difficult chapters.

Sometimes leadership looks like continuing to show up while God is still developing you. Sometimes it looks like starting over. Sometimes it looks like carrying a vision while simultaneously healing, learning, mothering, working, building, and becoming.

And sometimes the experiences you thought disqualified you become the very experiences that allow another woman to realize: “I can still lead too.” This realization became part of the heartbeat of WWVP.

Today, Dr. Chiquita Ayejetovo leads with more than 15 years of experience across healthcare administration, business development, and leadership. More importantly, she leads from lived experience and a conviction that God develops the woman alongside the vision He entrusts to her.

"I didn’t become a leader because every part of my life went according to plan. I learned to lead while I was still living, growing, rebuilding, believing, and becoming."

— Dr. Chiquita Ayejetovo

It’s not only:

“What has God called me to do?”

It’s also:

“Who is God developing me to become so I can carry it well?”
